Compared with the standard ofcooperative finance, such as their organized form, service object,management target, operation mechanism and income allotment etc, thereis also a long distance. What's more, the government's policy hasn't beenenjoyed; on the contrary, it is treated equally like commercial bank. So, inorder to expand the existence space of the cooperation finance in china,the economic foundation, social foundation and system foundationsshould be cultivated more, the right policy direction is needed. Otherwise,it merely leads to the main body status change instead of behaviorchange.
