The Construction Of Social Risk Management Framework Envisaged

Under the background of globalization, the distinct between the poor andthe rich has been enlarged gradually. Poverty has become one of the mostemergent problems to the human society. Social Security, as the mainprotection system of society, is facing severe challenge from populationageing, limited coverage and finance crisis during its innovation. To solvepoverty and make our social security system more efficient, the experts ofWorld Bank are thinking about concerning social security as Social RiskManagement(SRM). This paper is tend to introduce this new concept ofSRM and its applications in Yemen and Jordan, and then discuss applyingthe Social Risk Management Framework in China.
