In increasingly competitive marketing environment,whether the business enterprise can succeed in the human resource management will directly effect the development of the business enterprise,even its existence. Human resource has become the most key factor that the organization can realize self-value. The competition between business enterprises is the talent's competition in end. The acquisition of talent is decided by whether the company can acquire them effectively. The talent is the highest profits resource. As long as the company invests appropriately to and makes full use of them, the talent can bring several times or more profits. As the talent has the very important meaning that the big business enterprises always fight for and train the talent without considering big cost of the time and the money. The interview work is directly relates to whether business enterprise can win the competitive advantage or not. For the business enterprise, the recruit and interview work is the premise of the human resource management, which directly decides the quality and the quantity of the human resource. Therefore, well work on the recruit and interview is the basic and necessary method by which the business enterprise attracts the enough qualified elitist and gains the competitive advantage. In order to adapt to and face the challenge of the knowledge-based economy, training becomes more important to the business enterprise development, existence, the talent keeping and employee matching the development of the society and business enterprise. Training can bring a lot of advantages for business enterprise and employee. Without training, the business enterprise will be placed in a weak situation in the competition. Thus, it is clear that the recruit and the training make great meaning to the business enterprise, especially for private capital enterprise that hopes to develop in the competition. The article's research object is A company. A company is a professional food dealer, distributing the famous food brand in the world. The A company ranks in front in the distributing of Sichuan province. Because of the A company quick development, it has already been listed as a strategically colleague by the supplier. In order to make the continuous development, attracting and training the talent become more and more important in keeping A company's advantage. Currently, in the aspects of recruit, the A company has the high personnel turnover, and the recruit can't satisfy the demand of business enterprise. In the aspects of training, none-aiming at the different employee, bad planning and systematization, simple training mode and lacking of monitor and evaluating are the main problems. By modern theory and method on recruit and training, the article will analyze the problems of the A company in the recruit and the training to find the way to resolve the A company's problems. Because the A company's problems have personal and general character, the article puts emphasis on discussing how to solve the problems. Through the analysis research, I manage to find a way to resolve A company's problems, and hoping that this article has certain reference value to the business enterprises which have the similar problems at the same time.
