Business Process Reengineering(BPR) is a complicate system engineering, which has the characters of high risk and high benefit. At present, theEnterprise Resource Plans(ERP) software can solve parts of the technicalproblems in the executing of BPR, but Information Technology is just thehardware environment for BPR. BPR also needs the support of the softenvironment: the relation between people and it holds the process togetherultimately. BPR is a kind of enterprise management reform. Human being is oneof the most important factors of BPR.This paper has four parts:First part introduces the diagnosing means anddesigning technique, which are used in the executing process of BPR. Secondpart expounds the implementing steps and the process of BPR,the problems thatwill encounter in the implementation and how to deal with these problems. Thirdpart expounds the synchronous engineering of BPR,such as Human Resource,Corporate Culture,Organizational Structure, and so on. Fourth part is someapplication cases and their analyses. This thesis studies BPR from the point of system, describing the meaningof executing BPR, its process, maintain and the building of the software &hardware environment.Reengineering must be implemented on the basis of the actual condition ofthe enterprise and from the process' point of view. All of the enterpriseshould agree on the essentiality, perspective and working methods;Rather thanmerely reform some functional departments. In order to complete the paper, the writer went through much investigationand consulted with teacher and specialists, also read a great quantity ofcorrelative literatures. As my knowledge is poor, there must be slip andshortcoming in the paper,Earnestly requesting making a comment.
