Sequence theory is a branch of the politial development theory. The purpose of this thesis is to find out the faultuers of the sequence theory, to provide some theoritical creaning and preparation for the further development of sequence theory, even of the political development theory, and to provide something, which can teach and enlightve the developing countries for their political development.The burgeoning and development of theory are founded on the basis of its theoritical and the reality. 1 he different opinions of the sequence theorists are originated from the differences of their points of watching the world. Simplifying or complicating of the reality reflected their different attitudes, optimistic or pessimistic, to the reality.After the policization of the chosed sequence, those develeping countries will be confronted with the frustration; and so will the political development of them. However, I believe the future will be bright.
