Taizhou Fruit Industry Of The Status Quo And Countermeasures

First of all, fruits industrialization is subordinate to agricultural industrialization. This study makes the connotation of agricultural industrialization more definite. The value of agricultural industrialization management plays a very important role in overcoming the weakness of agriculture; and it's the result of deepening reform and development of the rural economy; it is the inevitable choice of the market development; even more it's the strategy of answering the challenge of WTO. The principles of the management of agricultural industrialization include: the principle of work division and collaboration, principle of economy, principle of efficiency, principle of rational distribution of productivity, principle of interest balance, and principle of agriculture sustainable development. Further more, the practice of agricultural industrialization locally has been well developed in Taizhou, which may be proved by the following facts: (1) the leading industry of agriculture has been gradually formed and enlarged, and meanwhile the production of dominant products with the remarkable characteristic of the local zone has become into the larger scale; (2) the scale and number of the leading industries and markets for agricultural products are greatly enlarged, with a significantly increased capacity in demonstrating and stimulating others; (3) the organization of the special industry in rural areas is consistently developing and name brand projects of high- quality agricultural products has showed productive results; and (4) the government pay more attention to the agricultural industrialization, which provides a good environment for healthful development of agricultural industrialization.Secondly, several advantages has been summarized based on the general analysis of status in fruits industrialization in Taizhou: (1) the scale of fruitsplanting has made rapid progress and the layouts of districts have become more reasonable; (2) the forms of sale are various and it has a good start for commercialization; (3) the planting construction has adapted gradually and high quality bases have increased; (4) the brand awareness has been strengthened and standardization of production has begun; (5) specialized collaboration and agencies have sprung up ; (6) the governments focus on the development of fruits planting and production costs have been cut down. Meanwhile, this paper compared fruits agriculture in Taizhou with other districts in Zhejiang province and the whole country in the production and process; it observed that there is a gap between fruits agriculture in Taizhou and that in the world. Also ,the paper indicated that the problems in developing of fruits agriculture in Taizhou: (1) the majority of fruits agriculture management is on a small scale; it's slow to adjust the structure of fruit kinds; (3) it is short of high quality products and also lack the techniques of producing and handling after picking; (4) the occupancy amount for per person is too much, and the process of fruits can be still strengthen; (5) it should make fruit farmers be aware of markets and name brands of products; (6) production and marketing channels are not very good and nets of sale are not perfect; (7) management system is not adapt to the development of fruits agriculture.Thirdly, several proposals has been proposed in this paper to improve the development of fruits agriculture industrialization in Taizhou: (1) more studies on theory about agricultural industrialization are done to make the better understanding the position and function of agricultural industrialization in the construction of modern agriculture and rural areas; the infomationization of fruits industry should be speed up and the risk management and its mechanism on fruits agricultural industrialization should be set up and optimized; (2) the present condition of fruits industry and the natural society should be well aware so that it will lead to double- win and integrated returns of nature, society and fruits...
