The Xibaipo Period The Communist Party Of China Governing The Problem Exploration

Xibaipo period is an extremely important specific historical stage in history of the Communist Party of China. It is the critical period of China's revolution that was being in the last decisive battle of two kinds destiny and future. It was a history turning point at which the Chinese society is being moved towards the peace by the war, moved towards city by the countryside and moved towards new-democratic construction then moved towards the socialist construction by new-democratic revolution. In this period, the Communist Party of China will soon become the nationwide party in power, bearing the historical mission of how to lead people to national revolutionary victory and how to set up "new China", so how to hold power effectively had become the great and serious historical subject that Communist Party of China faced. Because of the condition of special era, Chinese Party members on behalf of Mao Zedong carried on innovation in the thinking and practice of the power issue in this period. This text mainly focuses on three aspects as explained: firstly, the general plan that in power, namely to build what kind of country; secondly, the ruling style, namely how to hold power scientifically, democratically and effectively; thirdly, the ability of administration, namely how to strengthen the self-building of the party for holding power in the whole country. In this period, the thinking and practising for the power issue of the Communist Party of China are mainly the imagination and preparation of holding power in "new China". So, these ideas and practice have distinct era characteristics: the theory is perspective; the practice is experiment; laying a foundation for holding power. In this period the Communist Party of China made remarkable practice and theory achievements in exploring the power issue. These achievements directly influenced the formulation of a series of measures, systems and policies in the early days of foundation, involved the foundation of national system and the direction of regime building, offered not only sufficient mental preparation and practical way for Communist Party of China's holding power in the whole country at that time, but also abundant historical experience for wielding national regime of the Communist Party of China for a long time.
