On The Construction Of Socialist Political Civilization In China

Civilization is the most important component of the social civilization of mankind, the crystallization of human's political wisdom and the outcome of human's rationality. It has been over 150 years from 1844 when Marx first used the word of "Political civilization" to the beginning of 2001 when Jiang Zeming used the concept.However, there have been deeply changed about the political and social life of the humans. With the development of the political globalization, especially after twenty years' practice of the reformation and opening to the outside world, the political development of China is facing a problem. That's how to choose the approach to reform our political system and develop our politics. On the grounds of non-complete counting, there are near 100 works (thesis) mentioned the political civilization just in late 90s of the twentieth century. In addition, political civilization has gradually been a fashionable word in the political circles and academic circles. It is pity that no one hasn't put forward with the convicting explanation to the concept, connotation, structure and feature of political civilization up to now.But in the new century in order to develop the politics of China and innovate the political theory, it is urgent for us to make a definite explanation to the theory of political civilization and to rationally select the road to construct our political civilization. On grounds of that, I try my best to charge with the important historic task.This text is divided into three parts totally, roughly 36,000 words.Part Ⅰ, In this part, we unveiled the conceptions characteristic and object of our country socialist political civilization. it includes the basic theory and the practice of the socialist political civilization of China. This thesis suggests the scientific connotation of civilization which can give the study the basic knowledge and theoretical premise of the socialist political civilization.Part Ⅱ, In this part, when we stated the construction of our country socialist political civilization, we must start from our actual situation, not repeat the old way of Soviet Union, at the same time ,we cannot follow theWestern completely.The major content of part III is the principle, circumstance and methods of the socialist political civilization building in China. We believe that it is of technical value and reality meaning.
