| Criminal procedure efficiency is one of the basic values of criminal procedure. According to efficiency mechanism theory in economics to analyze the cost and profit and the basic way to improve the efficiency of criminal procedure, it mainly saves and reduces the cost input of criminal procedure and resource consumption as much as possible, with unchanged profit; optimize resources disposition in main body, with whole unchanged input. In 1996, about the new revised criminal procedure mechanism of our country, it makes a clear improvement. However, face to the growth of crime rate and justice pressure, the conception of law economy and ideas of profit and cost don't receive the deserved position. In this essay, it analyzes the shortcomings of criminal procedure and efficiency mechanism and gives the specific conception to improve and perfect it on the basis of researching the mode, which western important countries adopt in order to save the justice resources and improve procedure efficiency. |
