Market Players The Right Of Fair Competition, Protection Of The Law

Market competition is market body's competition. Competition Law is the law of rules and systems of market order and protection of competitive rights and interests of market body. An ideal law, which confirms and safeguards market body's equal competition for rights and interests, is urgently needed in domestic and international market competition. This paper is an effort of the author to put the perfection of Competition Law in the domestic and international legal environment, make research and argument, and offer legislation proposals by means of the analysis of our country's current status, the introduction of advanced legislation experience, and the study of legislation value under the circumstance of market economy and WTO. The author proposes to use uniform code patterns to make our country's competition law, to constitute the legal principals of equal opportunity, moderately freedom and efficiency in whole as priority, to define anti-competition ruling in general and detail, to establish the law enforcement agency in order to carry out competition law. At the same time, make sure to comply with the treaties and agreements in WTO and regional economic integration; to conform the modern competition law in the prospect of global economic integration; to safeguard the equal competition rights and interests of market body.
