Study Of China's Bankruptcy Legal Issues

Bankruptcy system is a kind of legal institution according to which creditors can get back their liabilities and be paid off fairly. With the development of market economy, bankruptcy legal system has been improved greatly and innovations have been made, while there are still many defects which can not fulfill the basic need of market economy. By systematizing the historical development of bankruptcy system of our country and studying some important systems, this article aims at providing theories to revise and perfect Law of Bankruptcy.
