Establishing this system is to protect more lawful rights and interests of citizen, economize more resource of judicatory.This thesis tries to discuss and research in history, status quo and character of different countries, essentials, range, standard of compensation, etc, of supplementary civil action in criminal proceedings, in order to provide a reference in theory to correct operations of supplementary civil action in criminal proceedings.
