The Constitutional Review Process

The current constitution of our country regulates a series of basic principles and systems to ensure the constitutional implement which are the constitutional supervision system and the constitutional interpretability system .Looking at vertically the phylogeny of constitution in the worldwide , the ruling-class has been attention to protect the constitutional performance to defend the basic system which the ruling-class depends on living since the constitution came on . However , our country has many defects on the protection of the constitutional performance and especially on the constitutional supervision system . Processes are very important besides hypostatic elements . Without perfect designs of the process , the hypostatic system will be meaningless and no realism . So this paper will have a research to the judicial processes of unconstitutional in order to perfect the constitutional supervision system from the process in our country .There are four parts in this paper . The first part is the general analysis on the judicial process of unconstitutional . The analysis of the process value produce the thoughts about the system design of the judicial process of unconstitutional in our country . In this part the writer analyzes simply a group of relative program and points out the nature of the judicial power of unconstitutional . The second and the third parts are about the assumption of our judicial processes of unconstitutional . In these parts the writer puts forward the system model of the general process and the concrete process through the research in order to provide a maneuverability plating for the working of the judicial system of unconstitutional. The fourth part is the conclusion of paper in which the writer ingeminates the importance to set up the judicial processes of unconstitutional in our country .
