Negative effects arises both on justice and efficiency when criminal judicial errors happens. it is of great significance of theoretical values and practical values to guard against and avoid criminal judicial errors by analyzing its causes and precaution means.The main causes concentrates on the aspects from inside and outside of judicial system, it may be the main method to guard against the errors of criminal justice through enhancing the morals and quality of judges, strengthening the supervision and restriction to powers of public security organs and procuratorates and improving the judicial environment. It is also an important and inadequate aspect to establish a reasonable system to investigate who is responsible for the criminal judicial errors. we can not avoid criminal judicial errors, but we should do our best to reduce this kind of errors. It has a profound meaning for the implementation of justice, judicial authority and the society of rule of law.
