On The European Social Partners And Social Dialogue

Industrial relation is produced following the production of the capitalist society, is one of the most important social relations of class society, it is the focus that economist, politician, sociologist and theoretician pay close attention to together. In the western society, Europe distinguishes with liberalism market economy with its social market economy of paying attention to social harmony, welfare and security. In fact, the concept of the social partnership stems from the European countries too, and social dialogue is considered to solve the problem important means of Industrial relation. With the promotion and enlargement of European integration, European Union's social partners, to put it briefly, even if the European representatives of both sides of labor and capital of levels, developing constantly, the structure is being perfected day by day tightly, the status is promoted progressively too, is changed to the legislative participant's role by the initial interest group and pressure group.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part of the article is Tradition and transition of European Industrial relation theory. Formulation that industrial relation is following the capitalist system, the theory of Industrial relation is constantly changeable with development of the capitalist system too. European employer associations and European trade union that had the ability to participate in European Union society dialogue organize European Union's social partners. There are a lot of employer organizes represent different interests groups respectively, is it participate in European Union employer group that society dialogue have union of industry and employer confederation (UNICE), organization of the European centre of public enterprise (CEEP) and European Association of Crafts, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (UEAPME). European trade union confederation (ETUC) is the widest and the most important trade union organizes in Europe. In view of the importance and representativeness of UNICE and ETUC, explain and analyze to the structure and position of the two.The third part of the article is European Union's social partners' role changes.
