| The constant development and improvement of Internet technology have caused the swift and violent development of e-business application, and enterprises are going through an unprecedented change since industrial revolution. Like other new things, the development of e-commerce that developed rapidly initially and then went depressing, has already changed direction from recovery to practical development at the present stage, and has also caused people to rethink and reconsider about their profit-making modes. This thesis attempts to break through the superficial study of e-business enterprises' profit-making modes presently, and explore the essential difference of profit-making mechanisms of different e-business modes in the light of the law of value creation configuration. At first, the thesis analyses the changes of the economic characteristics and the competition configuration, and the impact on enterprise's profit-making way under the network environment; Secondly, it analyses the relation between value creation and enterprises' profit-making ways, and besides, it proposes five basic elements of e-business profit-making modes; Moreover, according to the value creation theory, it divides the e-business profit-making modes into 3 basic classes, and describes the characteristic of each kind in detail; Finally, combining the cases of eBay and Amazon Zshops, the thesis compares their profit-making modes, and explores the essential reason why the successful case succeeds in carrying out a good profit-making mode, in order to provide theoretical foundation and constructive suggestion to e-business operators who expect to establish effective and appropriate profit-making modes. |
