At the present, there are some problems of administering orders, affirming facts and applying laws in our quality technology supervisor executive administer justice. It will lower the efficiency of the quality technology supervisor and will not help to the activities of the market supervisor and management if we couldn' t resolve those problems in time. This thesis introduced the concepts, the contents, and the features of the quality technology supervisor executive administer justice. It studied eight problems deeply in our practices, which are not to carry out their duties, overstep their authorities, abuse their authorities, administer justice by wrong facts, take unfitted laws or regulations , to violate the legal orders, infringe the rights , and take not adequate actions in the process of the quality technology supervisor executive administer justices. It analysis the reasons that produced those problems through the legislation, administer justice environment, administer justice team construction, administer justice system, and administer justice supervisor in the process of the quality technology supervisor executive actions. To direct at those problems, it gave some relative measures in order to improve the quality technology supervisor executive administer justice actions.
