With the development of the society and with the upsurge of people's right consciousness, the phenomenon of right conflict takes place again and again .To right people , right conflict always mean that the other party' right were encroached on or were influenced, do not benefit the Protection and realization of his right .To society, right conflict means one set civil order, legal order was destroy, produce the unstable factor, does not benefit the healthy and harmonious development steadily of the society. So studying relevant theoretical question of right conflict, especially looking for cause of right conflict and studying dissolve principle of right conflict, and in practice dissolve appropriately question of right conflict, can form good order of civil social and set-up favorable country of ruling by law.This text studies the question of the right conflict from four respects.
