Constitutional Review Options And System Build

In order to make up a country ruling of law, the constitution should be implemented, so the system of constitutionality Review should be set up accordingly. But many problems exist in Chinese mechanism of constitutionality Review today, such as there is no special organization to examine the unconstitutional acts, the agency which enforces law and the agency which construes the Constitution and law are not the same one, there is a lack of means to start reviewing on constitutionality and little attention is paid to promote the citizens' constitution awareness and so on. This paper ,by searching for the barriers in this aspect and analyzing the important modes in the world, attempts to find out a mode which can go which Chinese conditions, that is a compound system of constitutionality Review constitutional committee adding constitutional court.
