Government Responsibility In The Medical Service Market Research

With the gradually establishment of market economic system and the deepens of sanitary reform, the character of medical service has changed from solo welfare to a social commonweal cause that performed by government .As a very important industry of the third, the trade of medicinal service has been an opponent of market and forms a marketing system gradually. In the model of planning economy, the government's administrative means were mainly direct and microcosmic ones, which can not apply the development of market economy. What kind of responsibility should our government take in the market economy system? And how the government takes obligation? That is the problem studied in this thesis.There are five parts in this article. The firs part mainly deals with the basic theory between the relationship of the medical service market and the government.
