Countermeasures Research, Analysis Model Of China's Social Security System In Contradiction And Conflict Resolution

This thesis considers that the social security system of one country is an arrangement of system that to concerns every social member's happiness. At present, a new social security system which is conformed with the development of our economy has been setting up and perfecting day by day, and it becomes an important component of socialist harmonious society.The definition of social security of this thesis is a concept of a great social security, including that one country can offer various welfare to its people, such as social insurance, social succour, social welfare ,etc. The social security system of this thesis mainly refers to the social security system of the domestic area of our country, not include Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan.Firstly, this thesis reviews the history and current situation of social security system of our country, and analyses some contradictions in every level of social security system, and then focuses on the principal contradiction in the development of social security system. This thesis brings forward the principal contradiction in the social security system of our country, which is the contradiction between the demands for social security quality of the broad masses and the existing social security system which is unscientific and low-level.The second part of this thesis has described the relation between modern social security system and economy development. Considering the principal contradiction in our social security system, we can conclude that the social security system of our country should move towards the scientific road, interact harmoniously with economy and other respects of social society.In the third part this thesis puts forward a new theory mode of modern social security system, namely the rule of development of modern social security system. This mode describes as follows: Firstly, The modern social security system is not only the result of industrialization and marketization, but also exist as the cost of industrialization and marketization. Secondly, The modern social security system should be set up on the basis of fundamental human rights(rights to subsistence, development and share the civilized achievement of human, etc.), which is the fundamental right the citizen should enjoy at the same time. Thirdly, The modern social security system should be the system that the national income redistributed again in the range of the whole society, which is on the basis ofproduction and social development. This thesis expounds the development of modem social security system should be solved through three lines: industrialization and marketization, fundamental right of citizen ,and redistribution of national income.Based on above analysis, this thesis has proposed the mode to analyze contradiction in the development of social security system of our country, namely: of contradiction of social security system in our country should be analyzed in the direction of scientific development, on the basis of the rule of development of modern social security system and the rule of interaction between the modern social security system and economic development. The mode of analyzing contradiction is the key purpose of this thesis.At the end, according to the mode, this thesis carries out a research on countermeasure to conquer the contradiction of the development of social security system in our country.
