To achieve the above targets, the author mainly adopts the historic study method and coparative study method; launches on the essence and root of its come into being; compares its development situation in various countries, and finally draws conclusion that Format Contract is the result of the Principle of Contractual Freedom and Justicial Contract's requirement; and meanwhile, in order to make it bring more efficiency into play, it's necessary to unable it standardized. All in all, Format Contract is a handful of double-blade sword. We should recognize its advantages and disadvantages, as well as its influences to the development of whole contract system, so as to make it bring more positive social efficacy intoplay.
