Shareholder Derivative Litigation System Issues Related To Research

Shareholder's derivative litigation system is important to protect little shareholder's right and interests. In this article, the author makes a contrastive analysis of shareholder's derivative litigation system of several countries and regions in the following aspects: legal basis of right to derivative sue, prior procedure, and relevant regulations. Based on the above-mentioned, the author gives his suggestions on constitution of China's shareholder's derivative litigation system.
