There two destination in criminal proceedings. One is punishing criminal the other is protecting human rights. The destination established criminal proceedings system is protecting human rights by the way of punishing criminal. Punishing criminal is the means not the destination.But in criminal proceedings, rights of suspect and accused is usually attacked by offices who represent the country. Compelled to confess is seriously corroding our judicial system. With the development, the human rights is getting wide. The human rights has developed from the right that human is only the human to the right of group and right of nation and the right in environment.But in criminal proceedings, the human right attacked easily is the right of living, the right of equipment. We can make a conclusion from the destination that protecting human rights is more important than punishing criminal. Punishing criminal is only the means and the direct destination.In criminal proceedings, protecting human rights is prime. It is in the center of the system. All rules designed for it are acting the worth of criminal proceedings. In the right systems, freedom and rule are never equal. Rule is super to freedom some time. But as a group freedom is super to rule. Living with freedom no rule is rather than living with rule no freedom. Dying is rather than living no freedom.In the judicial system, if all rules are designed for protecting human rights, protecting humans right can be realized or would be bare. No person can be compelled to criminal himself is in the center in the system of protecting human rights.
