Nowadays the government image has become a key factor to show the power and the civilized degree of a nation,and it is also a main base for obtaining the understanding and appraisal of international society,is an intangible capital in international affairs. With the development of socialist market economy and process of democratization of politics, the expectations for the government of the public has become higher and higher, government's image becomes an important standard of weighing government's performance.In recent years, the governments at all levels of our country are dealing with government's organizational adjustment, mould the image project, implement famous brand strategy, invigorate the state-owned enterprise , renovate the corruption, attack the legal person to smuggle, revitalize the nation through science and education, find a room for laid-off worker , set up innovative system , resist special great flood ,etc. strategic policy adopted reflect government to image attention of issue at the social concern, reflected the enhancement of the government and administrative personnel's image consciousness at the same time .
