In our country, the jobs of the investigation and collection of marine evidences are in weak conditions, and the relevant laws or regulations are also relatively scarce, which cannot assort with our country's situation and the fast growing shipping industry. For the sake of safety & efficiency of shipping, the justness and reasonability of marine judicial practices, in this article the author will discuss and analyze the topic "the investigation and collection of marine evidences" in practices and theories so as to possibly reach the goals which shipping industry and jurisdictional try to seek.Undoubtedly, the European and American countries are more advanced in shipping than our country. As the issue of the investigation and collection of marine evidences is concerned, we have so many problems to solve both in practices and theories, therefore, in this article, I try discussing and analyzing the correlative rules and practical conducts of foreign advanced countries, in which we can learn many virtues, and which offer us a good model to improve our rules and practical dealings .I wish we can benefit from them.Based upon the current practical situation, in this article I give some proposals, wishing they can have functions of reference.(a) to constitute a special marine government organ,(b) to improve the maritime judicial procedures;(c) to improve the regulation of evidence;(d) to legislate on the topic of investigation and collection of marine evidences. And also we should actively take part in the international cooperation of marine investigation ,at the same time ,we should introduce into better rules about it.In the end, I need to state that perhaps there exist some problems in thisarticle for the writer's limited level, welcome to give me suggestions, thanks!...
