Under The Perspective Of The United Nations Convention Against Corruption "of Corruption And Crime Legislation Is Perfect

Along with the economical globalization development, corruption has become the global question gradually. " United Nations Convention against Corruption " arised at the historic moment under such background. Our government signed this Convention in 2003. In 2005, it became effective. But compare with the international society and some advanced countries legislations as well as our country's judicial practice, our corruption crime legislation also has the flaw and the insufficiency. Therefore, to study the corruption legislation thoroughly according to the multiple perspectives, is not only the need to complete the law and the practice, the need to conform to the international duty , at the same time is also the need to our corruption legislation's consummation, effective prevention and urgent need to attack raging corruption crime.Based on examining the basic knowledge of corruption and proceeding with the general system of corruption legislation , this paper takes " United Nations Convention against Corruption " as an angle of view, attempts to penetrate into international corruption legislation system, get the enlightenment from experience which is complemented with the specifying of legal precedents. At the end it puts forward blueprint of Chinese system in terms of structure and procedure etc., especially analyzes some relevant problems hoping to prepare sufficient relevant laws . The paper also plans to find appropriate routes to improve the framework of solutions to corruption crime and promote the development of our corruption legislation.
