The system of independent director which originated in the United States is relatively fully implemented in the west. However, it is still at its early stage in China. This paper focuses on the effective ways and methods of Chinese system of independent director in the following three chapters.The first chapter puts forward the basic theories of independent director.In the first unit, based on the origins of independent director, the paper discusses the background independent director emerged.
