Compared to common procedures , summary procedures is independentprocedures , and is easier and more practical . In order to ensure judicial justice anduphold judicial authority , it is necessary to improve rational utilization of judicialresources and procedural efficiency . This article based on analysis of the summaryprocedures in other countries and Taiwan province , draws experience from therational procedures of foreign civil system proceedings and is aimed to give theauthor's solutions on the reform and improvement of China's summary procedures ,which has many existing problems . The article is composed of four parts :Chapter one : Concept and fundamental theories on summary procedures . Byclarifying the concept and analyzing the theoretical basis of summary procedures ,one will come to see that the goal of summary procedures is to ensure the citizens bemore close to judication , improve trial efficiency and realize procedural justice .Chapter two : The comparison and analysis of summary procedures in variouscountries (regions) . By comparison and analysis of the summary procedures inGermany , Japan , United States , United Kingdom and China's Taiwan Region , onecan find the common points among them , which will be referential when improvingthe summary procedures in our country .Chapter three : The apprarise and analysis of summary procedures in PRC . Byanalysis of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China and other lawsand review of the current situation of China's summary procedures , one can come tosee the existing problems in China's civil summary procedures .Chapter four : Construction and improvement of summary procedures . It isfocused on the scope of application and specific procedure design of the summaryprocedures .
