Parallel importing of products is a important issue all over the world. Forintellectual property rights have some same aspects involving parallel importing, first,we introduce their common definition, forms and causes. Then we analyze basictheories and refer to some views and practices of the important countries, pointing outwhy they act correspondingly.For parallel importing of products involve technology, economic and trade of thecountries, adopting different attitude and practice will lead to different effects on thecountry?ˉs progress. So this problem is not solved only by analysis of basic theory.Therefore, ?°the balance of interest?± is necessary. Finally, this paper supplies our legaladvices of this issue, the attitude and how to carry it out based on the present legal form,giving some suggestions about legislation on this point.There are three sections in this paper, first, we can see the definition of parallelimporting of products, then, we introduce the common definition, forms and causes ofthe parallel importing of products of remark. The second part we introduce somepractices of the important countries and some basic theories about the parallelimporting of products, then, we can see the problem is not solved only by analysis , and?° the balance of interest ?° is important for this issue . The last part supplies legal advices,legislation is unnecessary nowadays.
