The Historical Experience Of The Chinese Communist Party Democracy-building Study

The contemporary history of China is the Chinese people's striving and developing history under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The key to China's problems is the CCP, whose key problem is the construction and development of itself. As the life of CCP, inner-Party democracy, which has become the important content and strategic fulcrum of CCP's construction and development, is the basically strategic factor of CCP's whole cause.Shortly after its foundation, the CCP has started to explore and practice inner-Party democracy. And it has learned much, both theoretically and practically, from long-term probe and practice. The necessity to inspect, analyze and study the theoretic and practical experience of CCP's inner-Party democratic construction lies in: by totally theoretically thinking, we can get fundamental historical experience and disciplinary understanding from CCP's probe and practice. So we can use it to direct the construction of inner-Party democracy in new situation. Only by doing so, could we make the historical resources into effective drive of the development of CCP's inner-Party democracy in new century, and exploit the new space and realm for inner-Party democratic development.Adopting the methods of theory contacting facts, comparative analysis and historical analysis, the thesis deeply analyzes the essential of CCP's inner-Party democracy, and considers that, generally speaking, the essential of CCP's inner-Party democracy is that all Party members can decide and dispose the whole inner-party affairs either directly or indirectly. Namely, in the final analysis, all inner-party affairs are depended on Party members. On the foundation of this analysis, over-all mastering the constructing course of inner-Party democracy, the thesis clearly abstracts the fundamental historical experience of CCP's inner-Party democratic construction and expounds it from seven aspects.
