Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under The Conditions Of Villagers' Autonomy Research

Villager's self-government is an effective exploration of democratic theory in china rural areas. CPC organizations at the rural basic level are foundations for the fighting capacity and leadership core in all rural work. Strenghtening CPC organizations at the rural basic level is very important in villager's self-government, which is comprehensive to consolidate the party's leading position and necessary to build a new socialist rural areas, and is the key link to maintain the party's advanced nature. Without a strong basic party organization, there is no villager autonomy smoothly, no new socialist rural construction.The rural basic party organizations have made great progress. The villager's self-government promotes and facilitates the building of democracy and makes the party leadership a positive change. But there are many problems, for example, the mismatch between the villager committee and party branches, but also the lack of co-ordination between the party organization and peasant masses. Meanwhile there are internal problems in the rural basic party organization. From the ideology and work style of the rural party concerned, the ideology construction is weak and the work style of some rural party members is improper. From the organizations concerned, the development of the rural party members and daily management is imperfect, and the building of leading bodies is weak. From the system point of view, two Venezuelan relations regime lack the democratic mechanisms, personnel selection and employment systems and daily system can not play full roles.To solve these problems, this paper from the economic base, mass basis, and the party organization etc sets forth a number of effective solutions. To consolidate party-building economic base, we should take development as the starting point and ultimate goal and lead rural economic development. To build party organizations mass base, we should expand the villagers orderly political participation from more angles. To enhance its ability to integrate the partyorganizations, we should coordinate the relations between party organizations and village committees and various other organizations. Strengthen internal party building, such as the Three Represents as the guide and to get a good grasp of ideology and work style to enhance its organizational structure party, establish and improve the party system, implementation of the system.
