The value of law is a permanent issue on Theoretical Law. It has only been introduced to departmental laws for a short time. This thesis is based on the researches of the value of law that is more important in the Law of Nations than in any other branches of the law. As the main body of value of the Law of Nations human's need is more complicated and difficult to achieve. For instance, at the beginning with the making of the law for economy, nations faced with the argument between new international orders and old ones, and continued for nearly one hundred years. Today, under the circumstance of globalization, people gradually realized the importance of Economic Branch of Law of Nations, but people cannot come to an agreement of these crucial issues. From radical standpoint, these problems are aroused by the particularity of the Economic Branch of The Law of Nations. In other words, the principal part of the value is that people coming from the different culture and values could not achieve a common idea of value. The followings are the inevitable problems that the value study of Economic Branch of the Law of Nations can not escape: whether the prominent part of its value could fulfill the common value requirements or not, what are the common value requirements if there be, how could these value requirements be formed and fulfilled, all of which are also the standpoint of the thesis.
