The Transnational Political

Along with the thorough and comprehensive development of economical globalization, the world economics, politics as well as the cultural domain all appeared all sorts of new changes. The "transnational politics" is the one that appears in the world politics domain which has the remarkable representative . The traditional international political theory believed that, the country is the only behavior main body in the international political domain, moreover the country handles affairs as an overall unit. But, the appearance of transnational political phenomenon has broken these limits. In the world political arena each kind of transnational behavior as the independent behavior which differents from countries surmounts the national border and carrys on the transnational political activities that originally only belongs to in the national sovereignty category, moreover national itself also no longer took a close whole carries on the political activities between the countries. This is the premise content that needs to understand before elaborating transnational politics.The so-called transnational politics is refers to a process that the transnational behavior body surmounts a country's border, through the way of relation, alliance and interaction and so on , utilizes each kind of material resources and the symbolic resources consciously changes other behavior bodies'behavior, finally exerts the influence on the domestic politics,economic ,and society of our country or the foreign country.This article embarks from the basic content which involves by the transnational politics,elaborates three kinds of transnational behaviors bodies'transnational political activities with emphasis, and has made the simple elaboration to the influences that transnational politics to the traditional international politics theory and the world politics.This article take the concept that "the transnational relations" which proposed by Robert O.
