It has various forms, such as interposal blockage, section monopoly, compulsive dealing, and compulsive combination to limit the competition. Comparing with the economic monopoly, the administrative monopolization has the following features: firstly, the doer of the administrative monopoly is the executive departments; secondly, the origin of the administrative monopoly is the executive power; thirdly, the administrative monopoly is compelling and covert; fourthly, it is a kind of competitive lawbreaking behaviors that has two attributes - executive and economic; lastly, it will lead to the corruption that injure the image of governments. The causes of the administrative monopolization are more complicated. For example, the economic system reformation and the politic system reformation are non-coherence, the governments and enterprises are not separate in our nation, the power of the locations or branches is strengthened continually, and the laws about the administrative monopolization are not perfect, and so on. In our country, there are so many social problems that the administrative monopolization brings about. For example, it cumbers the development of nation's punitive big market, destroys the free competition of the proprietors, injures the benefits of the consumers and the prestige of the administration, and makes against the construction of political civilization and spiritual civilization in our nation.
