Rural Grassroots Party Organizations In The Socialist New Rural Vision Research

It is an important principle in the thought of party founding of the Communist Party, that is , building up the party with the concern of the assignment of great importance and the objective of a struggle at a certain period .So is the fine tradition in our Party history. In the proposal for the 11^th five-year plan concerning the country's economy and social development passed by the 5^th session of the 16^th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and also in No.1 Official Document of the year 2006 of Central Committee, the motion of building a new socialist countryside constitutes the new background for the construction of the grassroots level in our Party constitution. Thus, it forms an important issue to build up the grassroots level in our Party facing the new background, how to construct a new socialist countryside. It is the method which is named theory-reality analysis, making a tentative discussion for the important issue in the academic thesis.There are three parts in the dissertation. The first part mainly discusses about the vital position of the grassroots committees of the Party in the countryside, the significant function it plays in the building process of a new socialist rural life. And it points out the character it should be acting —being the organizer, the promoter and the executer. In the second part, it analyses the current situation in the construction of the grassroots level of the Party's committees in the rural area.
