Economical development, electric power advance .But in recent years, with the rapid development of China's national economy, energy supply and demand have become increasingly prominent, especially as electricity supply bottleneck restricting the development of the national economy. The government of China has long taken the strategy which emphesises power grid construction building but lights grid construction, resulting grid construction has lagged behind, and frequently occurring a "drought" phenomenon, seriously constraint ing on the development of the national economy, affecting people's daily lives.According to the "PRC Company Law" and other relevant laws and regulations, grid companies are national monopolies, state-owned exclusive investment companies.
