Sponsor Responsibility For The Balance Of Power And The Effectiveness Of The Sponsor System Study

The establishment of sponsor's system is a significant market-based reformation of the system of issuance and listing of stocks in China, which consolidates the foundation of security market and protects the interests of minority investors as well. However, the problem with our security market does not lie in legislations or policies, but in their effectiveness. Since many people think highly of the sponsor's system, we might wonder Is this a rational system? What is the basic approach to making it valid? In current China, what specific measures should be taken to guarantee the effectiveness of this system? All the questions above will be discussed in this paper, and further investigation into sponsor's system will also be made in perspectives of economics and law.This thesis contains an introduction, a body part, including three chapters, and a conclusion.Section 1.1 analyzes Identification standards of the sponsor's system in terms of economics and law, stating that the balance of sponsors' responsibilities and rights (SRR) makes the premise of the validity of sponsor's system, Will be tasked with the responsibility to balance rights and responsibilities for the distinction between Balance.
