On Supervision Of Administrative Legislation

During the constructing of legal state, administrative legislation has to be extensive influence in social life. From the reform and opening till now, the Chinese Socialism legal system has been made up of law and all kinds of regulations. Nowadays, administrative legislation is the most important part of legislation in quantity. Numerous regulations work and rule the social behavior. Although there are some related supervisor systems in Constitution and legislation law, there is only some principle announcement. Neither independent supervisory organ, nor processing control system, makes it works effectively impossible. Therefore, to build up the effective supervisor system to administration legislation is the stubborn problem in this field.This paper starts from the conception of administrative legislation and supervisor system of administrative legislation, investigate the situation of Chinese supervisor system of administrative legislation firstly, and then analyze the problems in existence. Finally, in the base of previous analyzations, the paper suggests some ways to construct all dimensional, multitiered supervisory system including the Conference, court and administration.
