China Urban Community Management Study

This article make certain the concept of content of city community management mode first, then quote the concept of community by Ferdinand Tonnies(1855～1936),GEMEINSCHAFT:A German word, translated as'community', used by sociologist Ferdinand Tonnies (1855-1936) to define an'ideal type', or model, society where social bonds are personal and direct and there are strong shared values and beliefs. Characteristic of small scale, localized societies, it is in contrast to Gesellschaft which refers to complex, impersonal societies. And then put forward the research of community and it existing way in China, the status of community in configuration of our country and society; then put forward the conception of community management, and expatiate on the history evolution and significance of community management.Then put forward how to make certain the community management mode, through analyzing the actuality and the problems existing of overseas community management mode, put forward the characteristics of actuality of China's typical city community management mode, and point out the restrict factor of development. Through analyzing the comparison of overseas community management mode and China, point out a series inspiring from overseas management mode, use for reference of overseas mature community management theory, in order to explore some countermeasures adapt to our country's community management.
