Antitrust Laws To Control Cross-border M & A Research

In the past 20 years, following the fast expansion of the trans-corporation, enterprises merger had already crossed over the national boundaries, and then initiated the global international mergers & acquisitions tide, and it had an inestimable impact on international economy. Researching this new phenomenon has special meanings as to judging international economical new structure and future trend correctly, and making the strategic policy and legal countermeasure correctly. This text launched according to the natural logic of forming and development of the international mergers & acquisitions, and began with the historical origin of the international mergers & acquisitions, and I analyzed the current situation of the antimonopoly laws of the western countries controlled the merger, and then put forward the problems existing in antimonopoly law controlled the international mergers & acquisitions. According to analyze the general theory of overseas applicable of the antimonopoly laws of western countries controlled the international mergers & acquisitions, and the conflict caused in the course of carrying out, I proposed the basic countermeasure, and explained necessity and feasibility of antitrust international cooperation finally.
