At present, there is little concern about the issue of indeterminate intent in china criminal law system. Works on this topic, which lacks of comprehensive and systematic research, has limited to construct the definition of indeterminate intent simply. In judicial activities, however, more and more criminal cases, especially those intent injuries with indeterminate intent, face several serious problems. They are in great need of theoretical direction of indeterminate intent .Today's scholars have noticed these problems, unfortunately, they don't continue to go further.
