The mechanism of the decrimination of the thirteen of the criminal law code ,in order to find the mechanism of the danshu and constitute the mechanism, which is composed of the following seven section.The first department of it will tell us the content of the danshu ,the history of the danshu .find the comparison of the danshu and the thirty-seven of the criminal law code .finally ,it will find the reason the of it from the saying "law do not interested in the little things" and the tradition of the culture of the law .The second of it will tell us the reason of the discrimination, the western country how to discrimination ,it will tell us the discrimination if the western country .it especially find the comparison of the danshu and the mechanism of the western country.The third of the article will tell us the theory , the case, the law item, which support the mechanism of the danshu .The fourth of the article is the important of the article .it will build the mechanism of the discrimination of the danshu .which as following:build the mild opinion of the criminal law the economical opinion if the criminal law learn from the theory of the social reasonably and endow the effect of the direct cite of the danshu .The fifth of the article will tell us who can who have the right to carry the danshu who include the police ,the judge and so on .
