People 's Congress Representative Study

The development of socialist democratic politics in our country requires the system of People's Congress to be improved further. Representatives of People's Congress (RPC), regarded as cells of People's Congress at different levels, are the intermediate to make people the masters of their country and manage state and social affairs. Whether the composition of RPC is reasonable and the function- implementing is effective not only involves the decision-making and efficiency of People's Congress, but also directly influences the authority of the state power organs. However, in reality, the composition and function-implementing of RPC have left much to be desired so that People's Congress at all levels are unable to carry out effectively their political functions. This paper will focus on RPC, the political body, analyzing its composition and function-implementing comprehensively and thoroughly in order to come up with some countermeasures and suggestions to cope with these problems.This paper consists of preface and main body. In reface, the author analyzes the meanings of the theme of RPC's representativeness, and introduce the current research situation and the innovation of the paper, which paves the way for the theme's research. The main body includes four parts. In the first part, the writer studies the system of People's Congress and the internal meaning of RPC's representativeness. The second part analyzes the current situation of RPC's composition deficiency and the reasons. In the third part, the author focuses on the current situation and reasons of RPC's function-implementing deficiency. In the fourth part, the writer puts forwards some ways to improve and perfect the representativeness of RPC on the basis of the above analisis. This is the main part of the paper.
