The People's Supervisor System Research

After introducing the connotation and the characteristics of the people supervision system, there are three parts in the article: the theories, the problems and the developments of the people supervision system.Fore aspects compose the theory base of the people supervision system, which are independent but associated each other: popular sovereignty is a legal concept as well as a politics proposition, and it's the base of the all systems. Popular sovereignty manifests in several aspects, and one of them is jurisdiction democracy. Request for jurisdiction democracy is pursuing justice, called judicial justice. To ensure judicial power function fair, the supervisory mechanism is necessary, called supervise on power, and the people supervision system is a supervision system indeed, so supervise on power is the kernel of the people supervision system.The next part is about the problems of the people supervision system.
