Autonomous Local Alternative Legal Right To Re-interpret

Legal alternative to the autonomous areas is an important part of the autonomy of local government. Since the founding of New China, our legal alternative in autonomous areas have made great achievements. However, we haven't made full use of the right completely . For example, the autonomous areas are lack of specific legal systems and regulations to support the implementation of the law and legal alternative in the local governments . Therefore, we must find a solution to the problem that we can exercise this power effectively.The article hold historical and dialectical philosophy and empirical analysis to research the content of legal alternative to our current autonomous areas, such as form, nature and the analysis of current status. So people can be better informed about local governments, s legal alternative to its attention. On this basis, the author find out the causes of the problem in-depth analysis, the ultimate solution to the problem. In a word, whether in theory or in practice, many theorists and issues are worthy of further study.This article is divided into three parts : the first part is introduction, it expounded the significance of theoretical in autonomous areas .The second part is the important part.This part of the text include chapter I to chapter IV. From the theoretical analysis of the theory and to determine the legal meaning of the right to alternative, from the theoretical point of view, evidence of our national legal alternative to the local problems and causes of re-interpretation, legal alternative to autonomous areas identified weaknesses and find solutions. The third part is conclusion. In this part ,we can know the importance of legal alternative to the autonomous areas , and noted that the power is very important to improve the socialist legal system and the status of the process of China' s economic construction .
