Compared to criminal object and criminal subject, the author obtains the concept of harmful consequences. Then we can find the characteristics: causality, realism and diversity.Chapter two introduces classified probe of harmful consequences which will help deepen our understanding. According to different criterions, there are several classifications in criminal law. The author chooses five classifications to probe in depth.Chapter three is about the place and function of harmful consequences. Harmful consequences own their independent value, not including the concept of act. The author thinks harmful consequences are elements of choice. Harmful consequences play an important part in the conviction, measurement of penalty, criminal procedure.
