Local Public Service-oriented Government Building Theory And Practice Thinking

Since the beginning of the 1980s, western countries have set off a new round of public administration reform wave, raising the quality and level of public services has become an important value in every country's government administrative reform, the creation of efficient "and effective system of public services has become a goal pursued by every country's government. In 2003, the SARS crisis has aroused widespread concern in the public services, strengthening the government's public service functions and social management functions became the focus of China's administrative system and the transformation of government functions. Establishing a new era of service-oriented government became one of the objective choices of administrative reform, which will contribute to the administrative reform and transformation of government functions in depth from a new perspective. We carried out a service type in the establishment of the government process; we should actively attract western government reform experience, but also base on the reality of socialist China, which conforms to the requirements of the times. Our government is more concerned about the economic construction and economic development, social development and public services may not be of concern.
