The biggest advantage of electronic signature is electronic signature adopt the tide of digital times. Electronic commerce has advantages such as rapid .convenient. Electronic signature make these advantages be realized . But nowadays , our country legislation can not make people believe the environment of electronic commerce .So it is important to make electronic signature has validity of law . In August of 2004 , professor Wang Xiao Yun of SDU announced that she had found the way to decipher MD-5 function in International Cryptography Conference in America . Soon after that , in February of 2005 ,professor Wang deciphered SHA-1 algorithm . Then the two famous algorithms were both deciphered . This news shocked the world of cryptography and strengthen the doubt of electronic signature's security. As a master of law school, I have great interest in the effect to electronic signature.This article focuses on the electronic signature's evidence questions . In the part of foreword , it is mainly about the actuality of electronic signature and the value of research about electronic signature evidence.Part one mainly introduces the different kinds of concepts about electronic signature. At the same time it introduces the functions of electronic signature. Then it introduces the validity of electronic signatures .
