Since The Reform And Opening Up China's Educational Thinking Of Legal Construction

In chapter one ,the contents and the significance of several laws such as 《Education law》,《Compulsory Education Law》, 《High Education Law》, 《The Vocational Education Law 》,《The Law on Promotion of Privately-Run School》 etc,Which are established during the period of reform and opening up ,are set forth .Our educational legal system construction main frame and great achievements are shown to the readers .In chapter two several issues on educational legal system construction are analyzed .The analysis is not based on the sorts of law but on the fundamentality and overall situation law issues such as the issues on education common weal ,The issues on educational law role ,the issues on legal persons position in universities of china and the issues on the influence on China High Education and the Establishment of Educational service market by entering WTO in education practice and development .The stress and difficulty of education legal system is point out .In chapter three ,the main strategies of education legal system construction are probed into in the aspects of education legislation ,education law enforcement system ,ruling the education by law and strengthening the work of education law dissemination.The article consists of three parts which are achievements issues and strategies .The writer not only summarized and analyzed the research results of the experts working in government and departments concerned but also thought deeply of the issues of education legal system construction.
